About me & How I work
I support people either one-on-one or in groups, by creating a tailored brain health program that fits each person’s lifestyle. This includes dietary, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations, as well as best mental health practices such as Automatic Negative Thought Therapy. I support each person along their mental wellness journey and help them to overcome challenges along the way.
I began my own journey into brain health when I experienced a deep depressive episode including high anxiety. I couldn’t sleep, eat, or communicate clearly and I ended up in hospital for a few weeks. Luckily the psychiatrists found the exact medication that helped me a lot. From that moment on I knew that I had to prioritize the health of my brain if I was going to have a good quality, happy, meaningful life. I began following Dr Amen’s brain health program and became healthier, more focused, and gained a lot more steady energy throughout the day, not to mention that my memory got better, which is a big deal for me as my mom passed from Alzheimer's.
Now, as well as working at a charity called Mental Health Recovery Partners where I provide emotional and practical support for those going through their mental recovery both in hospital and in-community, I work as a Brain Health Coach, supporting people to better the health of their brains so that they don’t have to suffer like I did, and if they are already struggling, to improve their brain health on their road to recovery.
I am trained in the following modalities:
Elite Brain Health Coaching - Amen University
Nondual Kabbalistic Healing - The Society of Souls
Interfaith Ministry - OneSpirit
My spiritual training allows me to support clients from a wide range of backgrounds: religious, spiritual, or not spiritual at all. I hold space for the deeper questions about life, purpose, and meaning, helping each person explore what resonates most with their own beliefs and experiences.
